· How the new Juvenile delinquency law from 2018 & 2021 (implemented in 2022) affects the school setting? Complete Breakdown of significant Juvenile Cases; Wallace W. v Commonwealth (2019); Commonwealth v. Villigran (2017)
· What criminal statute violations can students not be adjudicated as delinquent while on school property or from a school related event? Disorderly? Disturbing the Peace? Disturbing a School Assembly? Can they ever be charged with these criminal violations of the law?
· When can the criminal history of a juvenile legally be disclosed to an educator?
