The Course Description: Being a public safety dispatcher is one of the most stressful occupations in law enforcement- especially in Massachusetts. This presentation will discuss liability issues concerning public safety dispatchers.

§ What protection does the MTCA offer to dispatchers?
§ Who has to pay? Is my Estate protected?
§ What if a dispatcher commits a negligent act causing death?
§ What if a dispatcher commits a negligent act causing injury?
